Founder Luna was once a travel editor who wandered the world. She discovered that the most touching treasures lie not in popular attractions, but in overlooked niche corners: wall clocks carved from discarded coconut shells by Balinese villagers, irregular ceramic vases hand-painted by Turkish craftsmen, asymmetrical rattan wall decor woven by Portuguese artisans... In 2025, Luna teamed up with Milo, a designer equally obsessed with the "novel and extraordinary," to launch Doodadery—an overseas independent site crafted for souls who cherish individuality and reject mediocrity. We eschew mass production on assembly lines; instead, we partner with over 30 independent artisans and small studios across 12 countries, overseeing every step from design to creation. We ensure each seashell pendant’s grain is naturally formed, every resin ornament’s color is one-of-a-kind, and every irregular vase’s curve bears the warmth of handcraft.
